Frequently Asked Questions

No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can contact us by e-mail and/ or telephone, to place your order. All Fersa products are free of duties and proper documentation will be provided. To place an order it is necessary to issue a purchase order. 50% deposit is needed for purchase orders over 1.000 U$S dollars. Balance will be due upon receipt of courier export documents. 
We accept Credit Card, Pay Pal, ACH and checks.

Production will begin after the deposit is credited in our U.S. bank account and usually takes from six to eight weeks to be completed.

Shipping schedules is estimated based on our best judgment, but it cannot be guaranteed, nor can these estimates be considered legally binding. We reserve the right to select final carrier of any shipment. When customer specifies a route with higher rate, the difference will be added to the invoice. Door to door delivery made by main international carriers is charged 10% over total cost of invoice.

All claims for damages and shortages must be reported to Fersa in writing within 5 days after delivery. Returned goods will not be accepted without express written authorization. All stock items returned in original condition will be credited to customer´s account, less a 25% restocking charge. Special order goods and finishes are not returnable. Any product damaged in shipping due to customer negligence will not be accepted for return for credit. All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid.
